Rejected Anime Titles

Rejected Anime Titles

Recently, I’ve been trying to search for manga with this situation which is not played under any particular genre or trope. To be saying that this is totally a

Manga depicting this kind of circumstance. Anime and manga forums where a lot of help but I have some specific taste about how such situations end: I want them to end in the guy’s favour. Call it a male-domination thing, but I think this is particularly a fetish that I’ve discovered in myself.

Anime

An important thing I’d like to mention here is that I do not use the word ‘rejected‘ in its literal sense here. It means here to be rejected in anything. It may be a confession, a hobby or simply to reject the guy’s advances or wanting to have sex. The girl also doesn’t need to be a total bitch. The guy and the girl may be already in relationship or be married. The main thing to be emphasised here are the words ‘

As The Villainess, I Reject These Happy Bad Endings! (light Novel) Manga

With an anime on the line for airing, it has gained a lot of popularity in addition to being rated highly in manga websites under the ‘Romance’ category. However, Hina actually starts regretting her decision of betraying Natsuo. The relationships aren’t as simple but there are times where the trope is distinct in the middle and chapters after Hina comes back home thinking Natsuo still has feelings for her, but finding out that he has instead settled for her sister Rui, who loved him from the very start and supported him wholeheartedly when she left him devastated.

This situation is played almost in every chapter. Makoto-san asks for something perverted, Yura-san rejects his advances, he begins to sulk, Yura-san regrets her decision, she finally allows him his request. Rinse and repeat.

Important chapters to me mentioned in this respect are: Chapter 27 (Becoming an Easy Woman!?), Chapter 126 (Don’t Touch My Breasts!) and Chapter 193 (Don’t Feel Me Up!).

Welcome To The Rejection Squad

The manga is overall very popular and not a hentai, despite its title. If you haven’t read it yet, I suggest you do.

The wife is a horrible bitch. All she can think of is money. Guess what happens when she finds out that the husband she divorced for the lack of it is getting a billion dollars and is the new CEO of the company? He also has a high school girl in his arms who truly loves him.

Kuzumi-kun is an eccentric guy who the Class Madonna, Sakura frequently steals glances at. She knows deep inside that it is indeed love that she feels, but she hates herself for loving him. She openly despises him and says mean things to him. However, she comes around her feelings in the end and confesses her love.

Anime Fans Describe Their Sex Life With Anime Titles!

Is the best of them and this is where the trope is most touched upon. The protagonist gets rejected firstly but he doesn’t give up and confesses again and again. Haruka finally begins seeing the guy as a love interest. But after he doesn’t peep on her, despite her expectations, she begins to question whether his love has died down.

The guy falls in love but still supports the girl in her quest for another guy. The trope is greatly emphasised in the final chapter.

Younger Guy X Older Girl That Treats Him Like A Brother. Not much time left that she realizes that the guy doesn’t like it and the developments continue. I can totally see the story going that way. You can read it now or bookmark it and revisit it later when a few more chapters are released. The trope is very lightly touched upon, but the developments do seek further delving into the trope.

Masamune Kun No Revenge (masamune Kun's Revenge)

The guy she made fun of for confessing despite loving him herself wants to get closer to him again. Will she be able to heal the scars she left him with?

The guy here is very kind and innocent. He is used for his money by a senior girl and he thinks he has a chance, but the girl betrays him and has no intentions of paying him back – and that’s when our main female protagonist arrives, who is none other than an extremely beautiful professor in the college. Later in the story, the senior girl’s feelings slowly turn to love, but she knows very well that it will never work out after what she did.

Who can forget the anime of the season that despite its name has nothing to do with bunny girls. Mai Sakurajima arc is definitely dwelling in this trope, especially the ending episode. If you loved the anime and thought the Sakurajima Mai arc could last longer, give the manga wholly devoted to Mai-san a try.

Ranger Reject Anime Release Date: A Glimpse Of What's To Come!

SEO Kouji’s works fairly deal with this trope at some point in time. For both manga, you can skip to the middle to see the ‘rejection and regret’.

Short chapters dealing with the premise of teacher rejecting the advances of the student she is mutually in love with. But can she restrain herself in the end of the day?

Manga

The plot is in the title. Do I need to explain any further? Warning though, the manga seems axed with nevertheless an ending where she just barely asks the guy out wondering if he still loves her. His side is not actually explored but it does seem that he has comically moved on. I say comically because his reaction is so weak that she isn’t demotivated to continue on with her subtle advances.

Anime Where The Mc Gets Rejected By A Girl

A guy with the fashion sense of 20th century is always bashed by the rich girl, but he always plays along and treats her as superior to him. What will happen when the girl starts to fall for him?

Touka has feelings for Ryoutarou, her classmate. She initially acts very coldly towards him but later blames herself for not being honest with herself. One day, she discovers that she can turn invisible and starts using her superpower to secretly show her love towards Ryoutarou. The twist is that she is unaware of the fact that Ryoutarou is the only one who can see her.

The two that betrayed him are slowly falling in love with him. This is a love pentagon where two sides will surely meet together. The developments are however very interesting to watch.

Is There An Anime Where The Popular Girl Rejects The Unpopular Guy Then Regrets It?

Girl proposes to boy after being told by friends, ready to be shot down immediately. The boy, to her surprise, accepts her confession and they start going out. How do you think the girl will not end up hurting him with her doubts about the relationship?

Is

I can clearly see the story turning into the favor of the male protagonist. Chizuru will be head-over-heels for him in no time. She will regret, as I predict.

I end the list here. I have read many more manga with the described scenario but I can’t remember them for now. Even if I do, I don’t think I’ll be updating the post. Nevertheless, please post if I missed some.

Manga Like Higehiro: After Being Rejected, I Shaved And Took In A High School Runaway: Another Side Story Mishima Yuzuha (light Novel)

Edit [9th July 2020]: Well, I’m surprised to see how my predictions for certain manga have aged. For some which were barely tolerable for me and had no hopes for a future where my dreams would be realised, have surpassed my expectations. And for some others, which were among the top of my list due to their story and art, have disappointed me either by their pacing or controversial decisions. Welp, whatever. No crying over spilt milk. Finally, I was very happy to see the positive attention this post has garnered. I’d abandoned this blog but when a search for some manga recommendations led me to my own blog, I was surprised. I salvaged the password from the nether of my digital safe and logged in to see so many views which I never had expected. So, without getting too emotional, I’d like to thank all the readers for their support. I’ve worked in a few more manga projects in the previous year. They have been hosted in my new blog (the one which was created after I abandoned this). I hope you readers will show me your support there too regardless of the platform.
